I purchased this home several years ago using Michelle Hunter as my buyer’s representative. Times were completely different then as opposed to now. I needed to sell my home to begin a new stage of my life, and with everything I had read and heard about this crazy real estate market, I wouldn't dream of navigating it alone. So I immediately reached out to Michelle to assist me with my sale. While in the Coming Soon phase of my listing, I had multiple offers (site unseen) during this phase and it wasn't even live yet. With the data/comparables supplied to me by Michelle, I was able to price my home correctly and within minutes, higher and higher offers instantly started coming in. Several of the offers were from investors and contained lengthy Addendums which I certainly did not want to navigate the legal ramifications of.
